* You’re a sharp strategist who knows how to *turn data into direction* and leads into partnerships.

* You have *experience in rentals, events, or hospitality sales*, and you’re ready to bring creative solutions to a fast-moving team.

* You thrive on *targets, ownership, and building systems*, not just following them.

* You’re as *comfortable with spreadsheets* as you are pitching to high-profile clients.

*What You’ll Do*

* *Lead business growth strategies* for both Bali Games Rentals and Bali Decor Rentals.

* Build and execute detailed sales and marketing plans to hit aggressive targets.

* Identify and develop B2B opportunities with event planners, resorts, villas, and agencies.

* Leverage data and insights to improve sales performance and customer targeting.

* Build a high-performance sales culture, mentoring junior team members.

* Expand our network of partners, venues, and collaborators across Bali and beyond.

* Report on KPIs and performance metrics with strong analytical support.

*You Should Have*

* 3+ years in sales, BD, or account management (event rentals, hospitality, or similar industries a plus)

* Strong *quantitative and data analysis skills*

* Proven leadership or team-building experience

* Creative problem-solving and innovative go-to-market ideas

* A natural ability to *network, pitch, and close*

* Entrepreneurial mindset with get-it-done energy
